Polebug is a virtual (on screen) pole display commonly used with secondary LCDs on a terminal.
[min] is the number of minutes of inactivity after which the window will close to keep the image from burning into the display. -1 will keep it up all the time. 0 (zero) will make it come down according to the Pole Display Sleep Seconds in Workstation Setup. Zero may make the most sense, as if this display is running a full-screen presentation that makes a "sleep message" kind of redundant.
[xxx] is the left-right position of the top left corner. The bug window is 574 pixels wide.
[yyy] is the top-bottom position of the top left corner. The bug window is 108 pixels high.
POLEBUG=0,0,0 Would make a display stay on all the time in the top left corner of the primary display
POLEBUG=0,1024,0 Would make a display stay on all the time in the top left corner of the secondary display (Assuming 1024x768 resolution of the primary monitor and the secondary display is on the right in Windows Display Properties)
