Creating a Support Ticket via Email

Users of the ticketing system can start a ticket by emailing support@rpower1.zendesk.com.

Place the site name, serial number, and short description in the subject field and a detailed description of the problem in the body.

Any updates to the ticket will be emailed in response from the ticketing system.

Take care when responding, as a reply to an old ticket will add information onto that ticket. When submitting a new issue, submit a new email rather than using reply. This way, your new request won't get lost by being appended to an old ticket.
