What to do if the "whites" in your image take on the background color of the button in RPOWER

  • Open image in a graphics editor (like Paint Shop Pro)
  • Image; Normal Filters; Sharpen (optional, but if you're going to sharpen, do it before the rest of the steps)
  • Zoom in on the image and make sure there are no gaps around the edge to allow the background white bleed into the image - if there are, close them one point at a time using a light color (preferably one that is already used in the image and will not stick out too much
  • Colors; Adjust; Brightness/Contrast - set Brightness to -1% and Contrast to 0% - OK
  • Make sure your background color is set to pure white (255,255,255)
  • Now click on the fill bucket icon and then right click on the background area on the image to fill with the pure white
  • Keep in mind that the upper-most left top point MUST be white in order for this work!
